Precision casting process flow

Precision casting, also known as investment casting or lost-wax casting, stands out for its ability to produce parts with high precision and complexity that are difficult to achieve with other methods. This method facilitates the manufacture of parts with complex designs, tight tolerances and minimal dimensional variation without the need for extensive machining. Precision casting generally results in a better surface finish than other casting processes, greatly reducing post-casting work such as polishing or grinding.

Process flow:

Shot wax wax wax injection (die) - repairing wax, wax inspection group - tree (la module tree) - shell making (first moistening slurry, spray sand, pulp, the final mould shell with air drying) - dewaxing (steam dewaxing) -- -- -- -- -- -- -- - casting mold shell roasting - elasticity analysis (within the shell mould casting molten steel) - shell vibration - casting and casting rods - cutting separation -- Grinding gate -- Initial inspection (embryo inspection) -- shot blasting cleaning ----- machining ----- polishing -- Finished product inspection -- storage

The casting production process is roughly like this. In general, it can be divided into wax pressing, shell making, pouring, post-treatment and inspection

Wax pressing includes (pressing wax, repairing wax, forming trees)

Wax press - Using a wax press to make wax molds

Wax repair -- to correct the wax mold

Group tree -- Group the wax mold into a tree

Shell making includes (hanging sand, hanging pulp, air drying)

Casting includes (roasting, chemical analysis also known as casting spectrum, casting, shaking the shell, cutting the gate, grinding the gate)

Post-treatment including (sandblasting, shot blasting, correction, pickling)

Inspection includes (wax inspection, primary inspection, intermediate inspection, finished product inspection)
